  • All products are shipped ground (UPS, FEDEX, etc.) or freight carrier (CGL, ABF, etc.) for our larger AV stands unless otherwise requested.
  • The delivered pricing that is shown on the site is for domestic Ground shipping ONLY.
  • All items that require 1-3 day shipping will incur an additional delivery charge if selected.
  • If an item arrives damaged as a result of shipping we will gladly exchange, replace or refund the purchase price.
  • If an item becomes defective or you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of the purchase date we will gladly exchange, repair or replace the purchased item.
  • Returns related to shipping damages must be made within 24 hrs of receiving the shipment.
  • Returns related to a manufacturer defect must be made within 30 days of receiving the shipment.
  • Returned products must be in new condition with all original factory packaging.
  • Missing accessories and damages to items from return shipping are subject to restocking & replacement fees.
  • All returns must include an authorized RMA#.
  • Orders that result in a return do to a change of mind, refusal, wrong size/color ordered will incur the original, return shipping & a 15% Re-stocking Fee.
